Security problem can be overcome by using Google apps which make benefit by low cost and zero maintenance.
Google's Google Apps account is bringing revolutionary changes to Small Businesses and to their communication approaches. It will give a bigger impression of smaller organizations. It includes Gmail, calendar and document sharing, simple web site hosting, and instant messaging which plays a vital role in business communication. IT makes workers efficient, fast and more precise. Not only that, its also low cost, maintenance free and cloud based. Data is always safe and available. There is also flexibility to switch to another provider without changing email addresses. However there’re some disadvantages like no direct line to tech support. Phone support is only provided for the paid customers. Some organizations may also feel unsecured to store their private information on Google's servers. Considering all this I think Google Apps will play a major role to make small Businesses look big and it is also a great opportunity for the small organizations of Bangladesh.

This is great opportunity for small business organizations who can’t afford an expert IT team and purchase an email domain. Having an email domain of his own will increase the business firm’s image to the customer/ clients. Rather he will need not to be worried about the data storage, maintenance and security because all these things are done by Google. Only one disadvantage is identified in this writing, that is - if the server got down, there is now direct phone support facility for free user. But I am using many Google applications for quite a long time and experienced Google services are smooth and almost uninterrupted. On the other, I do job in an Online based business organization and this organization has a pay based email domain. Even this domain faces problem several times in a year and hampered business operation greatly. Sometimes it takes 2-3 days to be solved. Small problem may occur in all system. So, this free option of Google is simply awesome for small business firms.
Google Apps is really amazing. It helps small organization a lot because they can use it with low cost. If they had to hire IT expert it might be costly. Small organization can get all those facilities without higher cost. But security problem is an issue & for that reason sometimes they hesitate to share confidential information. But considering other facilities Google Apps is very much helpful to small organization.

Google apps provide such an opportunity to make email address like saniul@anydomain.com. Its very helpful for a small organization. Storage capcity is more like gmail. maintenance is easier. So for a small organization google apps provide a fantastic service.

But big organizations might not feel comfortable storing confidential information or documents on Google's servers. So it’s depend on the choice of individual, family, group, side business, small business, & large or medium organization that which one is best fitted.

Disadvantage of using Google Apps free plan over paying a hosting provider is that if the server goes down, there is no direct line to tech support. Also, some organizations might not feel comfortable storing private information or documents on Google's servers.
It is a good idea for this technological world.But this information needs more information.There is no implication of creating & maintaining cost of a domain account. Besides this information safety is a headache of every organization. Here is a lack of information regarding this issue.
