No country should try to interfere its citizens personal life using secrate monitoring system. But all kind of anty social activity should be blocked. They have to find out the solution and it has to be in a democratic way.
one country should not do this to another country. they may be use this technology to protect their country but in this case they can use this technology for their own country only although it is against law. But I think they have no right to interfere or use this technology to other country.
I think no country should do this to another country. National security should conscious about this issue. We should be more conscious about using Social networking site like Facebook, twitter, linkedin. It will be very appretiable if could use our own social networking site and which will be blocked from other country. I think national security system will be more secured if we could do that.
বর্তমান সময়ে সন্ত্রাস আতঙ্ক হচ্ছে সবচেয়ে বড় আতঙ্ক। কেউ এর উর্দ্ধে নেই। যে কেউ যে কোন সময়ে এই ধরনের ধ্বংসাত্মক আক্রমণের স্বীকার হতে পারে। এতে নিরীহ জনগনই বেশি মারা যায়। তাই প্রতিটি দেশই এখন সজাগ দৃষ্টি রাখছে।
তথ্য প্রযুক্তিতে উন্নত এবং নিয়ন্ত্রণকারী দেশ গুলোর মুখাপেক্ষী থাকছে সারা বিশ্ব। আর সেই সুযোগে তারা সারা বিশ্বের সকল দেশ এবং ব্যক্তির গোপনীয় তথ্য, ছবি ইত্যাদিতে হস্তক্ষেপ করছে। এতে প্রায় সকল দেশ এবং মানুষ নিরাপত্তহীনতায় ভূগছে। প্রতিটি দেশের সার্বভৌমত্ব, স্বাধীণতা হুমকীর সম্মুখীন হচ্ছে। নিয়ন্ত্রণকারী এসব দেশ এটা করছে গোপনে। কিন্তু ইদানিং তাদের এসব নজরদারীর ঘটনা ফাঁস হয়ে যাচ্ছে। সেক্ষেত্রে তাদের খোঁড়া যুক্তি নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে তারা এই নজরদারী করছে। প্রভাবশালী এসব দেশ অপর দেশের গোপনীয়তা, কৌশল, ভবিষ্যত পরিকল্পনা ইত্যাদি জেনে যাচ্ছে। ভেতরকার খবর জেনে নিয়ে তারা অপর দেশের উপর অন্যায়ভাবে প্রভাব বিস্তার করছে।
ব্যক্তি পর্যায়ে এর অতি ব্যবহারও মানুষের গোপনীয়তা নষ্ট করছে। মানুষ এখন মুখ খুলে কথা বলতে পারছে না, পারছে না অনুভূতি প্রকাশ করতে। এ ধরনের স্ক্রিনিং এর সুনির্দিষ্ট পলিসি থাকা দরকার। তা না হলে ব্যক্তি, সামাজিক ও কর্পোরেট জগতে চরম নীরাপত্তহীনতায় ভুগবে এবং জটিলতা বাড়বে।
Maintaining national security is essential for each small and big country. One country should not interfere with other country’s internal issues. I think collecting personal information, images of General Citizens by using powerful secret monitoring system is quite illegal. On the other hand Government information regulatory authority as well as national security agency must aware about cyber-crime.
Everybody has an explanation about his/her illegal deeds. No law can prevent a person from violating the privacy of others (especially if the person who is violating the law is from some law enforcing agency). I think by increasing the sense of morality these type of problem can be reduced.

General Citizens are getting more and more concern about their privacy everyday as they are not only facing the problem from the hackers but also legal international organizations and government. On the other hand to keep the citizens safe, government is breaking their privacy. It’s an ethical dilemma that needs to be resolved. International law should be updated and implementation of it should be stronger. Every government should be aware of their citizen’s privacy rights and every citizen should be careful enough not to use their privacy rights in a negative way.

National security is much important of any country.But it really embarrassing of any country to interfere it's personal information without informing.Every citizen has to right to maintain or hide its internal information because its relate to sovereignty of its own.
No country should try to disturb other country violating their privacy. Based on some ethical issues, national security system should be established with communicating international organizations like, UN, SAARC etc.
